New year resolutions:

New year resolutions: 1. Need to iron my cloths one day before. 2. Need to go to wake-up 5:30 AM daily and except Sunday. 3. Need to go to Gym at 6:00 AM daily 4. Need to do meditation from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM. 5. Need to check the Mails from 7:30 AM to 7:45 AM 6. Need to go to Feed the food for our birds and pack my laptop bags and keep it ready. 7. Need to go to take a bath at 8:00 am to 8:15 AM. 8. Need to get started the work at 8:35 to 8:40 Am 9. Need to reach my desk before 8:55 Am. 10. Need to start from office 12:00 PM for lunch and return to office at 1:00 PM 11. Need to complete my work before 5:00 PM and reach home at 5:15 to 5:30 PM 12. Need to help my wife from 6:00 PM to 6;30 PM. 13. Need to learn and read something at least one hour daily. 14. Need to do meditation at-least 30 mins.

Daily Activities.

1. Manage stress through extreme sports. "I take time to myself in three ways. The first is through extreme adrenaline sports, either downhill biking or athletic skiing. These require focus and skill in order to be ready for unexpected obstacles, or to control [high] speeds in skiing, and they serve both as healthy distractions and physical training. My second hobby is cardio, whether it be cycling with a street bike or ski mountaineering. This is almost like meditating, the body knows what to do and you can replace mind chanting with breathing, relaxation, and pure enjoyment. Lastly, I'm venturing into a new experience with Reiki yoga, in the hopes of becoming a master. I was recently enlightened following a trip to India.
